hahaha! wow… this should definitely be a diagram in a structures book… its very good sense. Preferably chapter 1.
As per wife’s comment, added Meteor Strike and Major Flooding.
But you can protect from radioactive fallout if the shelter is underground, right? Back in the 50’s everybody had a bomb shelter to run to, or in their own yard or basement…
Ah, but that was a bomb shelter, not a home. Would you consider the shelter part of the home? If so would you consider it home after having to use it for extended periods of time?
You can build a house that’s safe from the zombie apocalypse!?
Don’t forget: Forest fires, avalanche, zombies, the plague and of course, fear mongering.
